The method is based on the fact that male sperm have a shorter lifespan than female sperm and that male sperm are more motile. Based on this, it can be assumed that if you have sex a few days before ovulation, then by the time it arrives, the male germ cells will no longer be capable of fertilization, but the more “long-lived” female spermatozoa may well fertilize the egg. In other words, if you decide to conceive a girl, have sex a few days before ovulation, and then abstain from sex for a while.

If you want a boy, then by the time of ovulation, fresh sperm should have entered the uterus, containing many more live and faster male sperm, which are more likely to reach the egg first. That is, it turns out that about a week before ovulation, you must abstain from sex, and conceive a child about 12 hours before or a little later.

Now it remains only to correctly calculate the day of ovulation. How to do it? Ovulation usually occurs mid-cycle. That is, if a woman's cycle is 28 days, then ovulation comes on the fourteenth day from the first day of menstruation. You can determine the moment of ovulation and more accurately - by measuring the basal temperature or using a test to determine ovulation.

Sexual Intensity Method

An interesting discovery was made by Russian scientists. It turns out that the sex of the offspring has a direct relationship with the intensity of the male's sexual life. The more often ejaculation occurs, the more likely it is that future offspring will be male, and vice versa, the less often ejaculation occurs, the more likely it is that females will be born.

This phenomenon applies not only to the human race, but also to the entire animal world. Thanks to this fact, there is a regulation of the number of sexes.
