Dr. Uglov's diet
The author of the diet is the famous professor of surgery Fyodor Uglov, who is noted in the Guinness Book of Records as the oldest operating surgeon in the world. The doctor lived in good health until the age of 103 and considered his longevity to be the result of proper nutrition and an active lifestyle.
The diet he developed for weight loss is based on the principles of healthy eating.
Dr. Uglov's 10-day diet rules:
- you need to eat according to the schedule, strictly observing the intervals between meals;
- after eating, you cannot go to bed or rest, you should immediately start work;
- dinner should be a few hours before bedtime, but no later than 20.00;
- a complete rejection of bad habits is required;
- be sure to get enough sleep - at least seven hours of night sleep (daytime sleep is prohibited).
Physical activity takes a lot of time - during the day you need to move as much as possible, walk, do gymnastics. Dousing with cold water is also recommended.
