In case of heartburn due to grapefruit oil, you can drink it with kefir, natural yogurt.
To avoid photosensitivity of the skin, the oil should be applied to it no later than 60 minutes before leaving. When grapefruit oil is applied to the surface of the body, after taking baths with oil, a natural burning and tingling sensation of the skin on the thighs, abdomen, and buttocks may occur. These sensations go away on their own after three minutes and do not require stopping the use of oil.
