Aloe extract is a plant-derived stimulant with tonic, anti-inflammatory, choleretic, laxative, adaptogenic effects.
pharmachologic effect
Aloe extract increases nutrition, thereby accelerating the process of tissue repair and healing, improves cell metabolism. The drug has antimicrobial properties (inhibits staphylococci, dysentery and typhoid sticks, proteus, streptococci), has a positive effect on granulocytes, increases appetite, and enhances sperm motility. Also, aloe extract irritates the intestinal mucosa, thereby enhancing its peristalsis and providing a mild laxative effect.
Release form
Aloe extract is produced for injection, in the form of syrup, juice and tablets. A liquid aloe extract is also produced for internal use.
Indications for the use of aloe extract

Ways to use aloe extract
Aloe liquid extract is taken half an hour before meals, two or three r. / Day, 5 ml each. The usual treatment is 15-30 days. and 30-45 days. with infertility.
Aloe extract tablets are prescribed for adults at 1 tab. (0.05 g) three to four rubles / day, before meals (15-20 minutes). The treatment course is one month, you can repeat it in three to six months. For constipation, take 0.05-0.2 g of aloe extract before bedtime.
For diseases of the gastrointestinal tract and anorexia, they drink juice with aloe extract, 5-10 ml each, two or three p. a day half an hour before meals.
Aloe extract for injection is prescribed subcutaneously daily in the following dosages: children under 5 liters. - 0.2-03ml, after 5 liters. - 0.5ml, adults - 1ml. The course of treatment is from 30 to 50 injections, which can be repeated after two to three months. With lesions of the respiratory tract of a tuberculous nature, treatment begins with 0.2 ml and gradually increases the dosage. With bronchial asthma - injections are performed every day for 10-15 days, 1-1.5 ml each. After - only once every two days. The maximum allowable dose per day is three to four ml of aloe extract.
Side effects
When using aloe extract, an increase in blood pressure, hyperthermia, allergic reactions, and diarrhea are possible.
Contraindications
Aloe extract is not prescribed in the presence of arterial hypertension, acute gastrointestinal disorders, severe cardiovascular diseases, renal dysfunction, pregnancy with a period of more than 7 months.
