Karipazim is an enzyme preparation of plant origin.

Karipazim is obtained from the latex of the papaya tree. The drug tends to break down a large number of proteins, because it contains three cleaving enzymes - proteinase, chymopapain, papain and another mucolytic enzyme - lysocin.
Practicing only external use of Karipazim - the drug liquefies exudate, viscous secretion, blood clots, breaks down dead tissue.

According to the instructions, Karipazim is used in traumatology, orthopedics, neurosurgery, and neurology.
