- active ingredients: antibodies to brain-specific protein S-100 - 0.006 g, antibodies to endothelial NO synthase - 0.006 g (each of the components is diluted 100 12, 100 30, 100 200 times in an aqueous-alcoholic solution and subsequently applied to lactose as a mixture three active dilutions);
- excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate.
Pharmacological properties
Pharmacodynamics
Antibodies to brain-specific protein S-100 have a neuroprotective, antioxidant, antihypoxant, anxiolytic effect, have membranotropic properties, modulate synaptic plasticity in the limbic structures of the brain, reticular formation, hippocampus, and enhance the central inhibitory effect of gamma-aminobutyric acid (CNS) in the CNS. Modifies the functional activity of the S-100 protein, which links metabolic and informational processes in the brain. Restrain the processes of lipid peroxidation. They normalize the integrative activity of the brain, causing an antidepressant, anxiolytic, antiasthenic, antiamnesic, neuroprotective effect.
Antibodies to endothelial NO synthase increase the activity of the enzyme endothelial NO synthase, endothelial protective action, eliminate endothelial dysfunction, restore nitric oxide (NO) production, and affect NO-dependent vasodilation.
Divaza stimulates reparative processes in the focus of ischemic brain damage.
The combined composition enhances the neuroprotective activity of antibodies to the S-100 protein, a vegetative stabilizing effect, and helps to normalize the vegetative status. Improves the integrative activity of the brain and restores its interhemispheric connections. The synergism of the two components has a positive effect on neuronal plasticity, which increases the brain's resistance to toxic effects. The drug helps to eliminate cognitive impairments, stimulates reparative processes and restoration of central nervous system functions, increases mental performance, restores memory, increases cerebral blood flow, and normalizes somatovegetative manifestations.
Divaza does not have a sedative and muscle relaxant effect, does not cause addiction.
Pharmacokinetics
The study of the pharmacokinetics of the drug is technically impossible.
Indications for use
