Pharmacodynamics
Ceregamon is a nootropic agent that dilates the blood vessels of the brain, which also has a psychostimulating, tranquilizing, antiplatelet and antioxidant effect. The drug helps to improve the general functional state of the brain as a result of the normalization of tissue metabolism and increased cerebral circulation.
Nicotinoyl gamma-aminobutyric acid potentiates an increase in the volumetric and linear velocity of cerebral blood flow, weakens the resistance of blood vessels in the brain, inhibits platelet aggregation and improves microcirculation.
Against the background of a course of taking the drug, headache decreases, physical and mental performance increases, sleep normalizes and memory improves. Ceregamon relieves or reduces tension, anxiety, fear. It helps to improve the condition of patients with speech and movement disorders, weakens the inhibitory effect of ethanol on the central nervous system (CNS).
In the vessels of the optic nerve and fiber, the drug provides an improvement in blood circulation.
