Release form and composition
The drug is produced in the form of tablets for resorption (strawberry, lemon, orange, raspberry, honey-lemon, pineapple, eucalyptus, menthol); round; light yellow with honey and lemon scent / yellow with pineapple scent / red-raspberry with raspberry scent / light blue with menthol scent / orange with orange scent / red with strawberry scent / yellow with lemon scent / light blue with menthol scent and eucalyptus; there may be uneven coloring, the presence of air bubbles in the caramel mass, a slight unevenness of the edges and surface of the tablets, the appearance of a white bloom (4, 8 or 10 pieces in a blister / strip, in a cardboard box 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 blisters / strips).
Composition of 1 tablet:
- active ingredients: amylmetacresol - 0.6 mg, dichlorobenzyl alcohol - 1.2 mg;
- auxiliary components: citric acid, sucrose, levomenthol, dextrose; additionally: for oranges - orange oil, sunset yellow dye (E 110); for eucalyptus - eucalyptus leaf oil, brilliant blue dye (E 133); for lemon - quinoline yellow dye (E 104), sunset yellow dye (E 110), lemon oil; for raspberry - raspberry flavor, azorubin dye (E 122); for menthol - peppermint leaf oil, brilliant blue dye (E 133); for honey-lemon - honey flavor, quinoline yellow dye (E 104), lemon oil; for strawberry - strawberry flavor, crimson dye (Ponso 4R - E 124); for pineapple - sunset yellow dye (E 110), pineapple flavor, quinoline yellow dye (E 104).

Pharmacodynamics
Suprima-ENT is a combined antiseptic preparation intended for topical use in the symptomatic treatment of diseases of the oral cavity and pharynx of infectious and inflammatory genesis. Shows antimicrobial activity against gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms. The effect of the drug is caused by the presence of two broad-spectrum antibacterial agents in its composition.
Pharmacokinetics
Since the drug is characterized by low systemic absorption, there are no data on its pharmacokinetics.
Indications for use
According to the instructions, Suprima-ENT is recommended for use for symptomatic treatment of infectious and inflammatory lesions of the oral cavity and pharynx.
Contraindications
- age up to 6 years;
- hypersensitivity to the constituents of the product.
Instructions for use of Suprima-ENT: method and dosage
Suprima-ENT tablets should be resorbed until completely dissolved.
When the first symptoms of an inflammatory process in the oral cavity and pharynx occur, the drug is recommended to take 1 tablet: for adults - every 2 hours, for children from 6 years old - every 4 hours.
The maximum allowable daily dose should not exceed 8 tablets.
Side effects
Allergic reactions may occur while taking the drug. When using an antiseptic in recommended doses, according to indications, the development of undesirable effects was not recorded.
Overdose
Signs of drug overdose may include diarrhea, vomiting, and nausea. In this condition, symptomatic treatment is recommended.

Do not take the drug in doses exceeding those indicated above.
Patients with diabetes mellitus need to take into account that sucrose is included in the Suprima-ENT tablets.
Pediatric use
The drug is contraindicated for children under 6 years of age.

With the combined use of Suprima-ENT with other drugs / drugs, no clinically significant interaction was found.
