The active substances in Spascuprel are therapeutic in the treatment of the following diseases / conditions:

  • Citrullus colocynthis (colocynthis - a plant of the Pumpkin family): painful convulsions of the biliary system, digestive tract, urogenital organs; nerve pains, especially of the facial nerves, and nerve inflammation; sciatica pain;
  • Ammonium bromatum (ammonium bromide - inorganic compound, salt of ammonium and hydrobromic acid): irritable cough, inflammation of the respiratory tract, asthmatic or spastic bronchitis;
  • Atropinum sulfuricum (atropine sulfate): inflammation of the excretory organs, including the skin, congestive inflammation of the upper respiratory tract; spasms of smooth muscle hollow organs;
  • Veratrum album (white hellebore): circulatory disorders; nervous pain, diarrhea; mental disorders, proceeding with increased irritability;
  • Magnesium phosphoricum (phosphate salt of magnesia): recurring pain; nerve pain, painful cramps in the digestive tract;
  • Gelsemium sempervirens (gelsemia evergreen, virgin or yellow jasmine): nervous disorders, headaches, convulsions;

Pills

Spascuprel is taken orally by dissolving tablets under the tongue. The drug must be used in compliance with food breaks (half an hour before / one hour after a meal).

The recommended scheme for using Spascuprel: 3 times a day, 1 tablet. In cases of exacerbation, it is possible to increase the frequency of administration - 8 times over 2 hours, observing equal intervals.

The duration of the drug is from 14 to 21 days, the doctor may prescribe a longer course.

For children over 3 years old, Spaskuprel is prescribed under medical supervision.

Injection solution

Spascuprel can be administered by intramuscular, intravenous, subcutaneous, or intradermal injection.

A single dose for adults and children over 12 years old is 1 ampoule (1.1 ml).
