Dosage form - shampoo: a viscous pink suspension with a pleasant odor (5, 10, 60, 75, 80, 100 and 150 ml each in plastic bottles with a flip-top screw cap, 1 bottle in a cardboard box containing instructions on the use of Keto plus).
Composition of 1 g of shampoo:
- active ingredients: ketoconazole - 20 mg; zinc pyrithione - 10 mg;
- auxiliary components: shampoo base Velco SX200 (sodium lauryl sulfate, ethylene glycol distearate, ethylene glycol monostearate, diethanolamide and monoethanolamide of coconut oil of fatty acids), concentrated hydrochloric acid, imidourea, silicon dioxide colloidal magnesium magnesium, hypromellose water "Swiss bouquet".

The pharmacological action of the shampoo is due to the properties of its active substances:
- ketoconazole is a synthetic imidazole-dioxolane derivative with antifungal activity against the yeast-like fungi Candida spp. and Malassezia furfur (Pityrosporum ovale), as well as dermatophytes Epidermophyton spp., Trichophyton spp. and Microsporum spp.;
- zinc pyrithione is a complex compound that has an antiproliferative effect on epithelial cells and exhibits antifungal activity against the fungi Pityrosporum orbiculare and Pityrosporum ovale, which cause excessive skin peeling.
Keto Plus quickly reduces the itching and flaking of the scalp that usually accompany seborrheic dermatitis.
Pharmacokinetics
When shampoo is applied topically, the absorption of active ingredients is negligible. Even with prolonged use of the drug, ketoconazole and zinc pyrithione in the blood are not detected, this suggests that Keto plus does not have a systemic effect.
