Indications for use
The instruction recommends using Discus compositum for:
- chronic arthritis (joint disease);
- arthrosis (damage to the cartilage tissue of the joints);
- osteochondrosis (degenerative disorders in the articular cartilage) of the spine;
- gout (joint disease caused by urate deposition);

Discus compositum is available in the form of a solution for injection. The recommended dose of the drug for adults and children over 6 years old is 1 ampoule, usually injected 1-3 times a week, if necessary, daily or every other day.
According to the instructions, Discus compositum should be administered intramuscularly, intradermally or subcutaneously.
Children under 2 years old are usually prescribed 1/6 -1/4 of the contents of the ampoule, for children 2-6 years old - the dose is doubled. The duration of treatment is 4-6 weeks.
In some cases, Discus compositum, reviews confirm, is also effective when used orally: the contents of the ampoule are dissolved in 1 teaspoon or 1 tablespoon of water and drunk, holding it in the mouth for a while.
