Balm Health - a drug with a local irritating, distracting effect.
Release form and composition
The dosage form of the drug is an ointment (4 g each in tin cans).
Composition of 1000 mg ointment:
- menthol - 100 mg;
- camphor - 200 mg;
- eucalyptus oil - 60 mg;
- peppermint oil - 130 mg;
- cinnamon oil - 7.5 mg;
- clove oil - 60 mg;
- methyl salicylate - 32.5 mg.
Indications for use
- respiratory illness, flu and runny nose;
- dizziness and headache;
- insect bites.
Contraindications
Balm Health is contraindicated in cases of hypersensitivity to its components.
Method of administration and dosage
Recommended use:
- headache, dizziness: outwardly; 0.1–0.5 g of the ointment is rubbed into the skin of the frontal, occipital, temporal regions;
- respiratory diseases, runny nose, flu: inhalation; 1 g of the drug is dissolved in hot water of 50–100 ml;
- insect bites: externally; grease the bite site with ointment.
Side effects
- dermatitis (in young children);
- hypersensitivity reactions.

In cases where uncharacteristic symptoms appear during the use of Health Balm, it is recommended to consult a doctor for advice.
Drug interactions
There is no information on the significant interaction of Health Balm with other substances / drugs.
Terms and conditions of storage
Store in a cool dry place. Keep out of the reach of children.
The shelf life is 5 years.
