Spicy diet
The "spicy diet" was developed in Taiwan and later confirmed by Californian nutritionists. This food system is called exotic and extreme, since it is based on the consumption of large amounts of red hot pepper.
The main secret of the "Hot Diet" effectiveness is capsaicin, which is a part of this pepper. According to research results, this substance is able to speed up metabolism.
Eating snacks with red pepper at the beginning of a meal reduces appetite, contributes to satiety with a smaller amount of food.
The daily amount of ground hot pepper, which is recommended to be consumed with the "Acute diet", is about 1 tsp. During the diet, a pinch of red pepper is added not only to dishes, but also to drinks - kefir, tea, coffee.

An example of a menu for one day with the "Acute diet":
First breakfast | Boiled chicken breast (150 g) with dressing (1 tsp. Vegetable oil, 1 tsp. Lemon juice, ¼ tsp. Ground pepper), boiled egg, steamed or grilled vegetables, a slice of rye bread, green tea with a pinch of ground pepper. |
Lunch | Kefir (200 ml) with a pinch of ground pepper; an apple and a glass of berries or a banana and 2 apples. |
Dinner | Vegetable soup with chicken broth with a pinch of pepper, chicken breast (50 g), stewed vegetables or vegetable salad, low-fat milk (200 ml). |
Afternoon snack | Vegetable salad, with the addition of an apple, seasoned with ground pepper (¼ tsp). |
Dinner | Chicken breast (50 g), vegetable salad, low-fat kefir (200 ml), tea with honey. A pinch of ground pepper is added to salad or kefir. |
