Actually, a diet for the face consists in observing four main rules.

Sweets, baked goods and sugar are quickly processed by the body and converted into fats, which is manifested by extra pounds not only on the body, but also on the face. Plus, the satiety of these foods disappears quickly, prompting the urge to eat another serving of these tasty, sweet and soft buns, washed down with a cup of delicious sweet tea or chocolate. When following a face slimming diet, this is completely unacceptable. Ice cream should be replaced with yogurt or fruit jelly, and biscuits and pastries with honey and crackers or homemade breadcrumbs.
Animal fats should also be consumed as little as possible when following a diet for the face. Of course, it is not recommended to completely exclude them from the diet, since they are necessary for the normal functioning of the body. You can simply replace pork with veal, fish or poultry, and use fat-free cottage cheese and milk. All products should be baked in the oven or steamed, so they retain all the nutritional properties while remaining low in calories.
Rule 2 - exclude fast food. A face slimming diet involves a complete rejection of fast food, convenience foods and soda. These products disrupt metabolism and negatively affect the appearance and health. Various food additives, spices and salt contained in these products fill the body with toxins and toxins, which contributes not only to the appearance of edema on the face, but also acne and acne.
Rule 3 - eat as many vegetables as possible. Fruits and vegetables should make up almost half of the entire diet for the face. They can be eaten raw or boiled, as independent dishes or as part of a side dish. They maintain the body's water balance, supply the body with the necessary nutrients and normalize digestion. Train yourself to eat a fruit or vegetable at every meal. Fiber creates a feeling of fullness and stimulates intestinal motility, which means that undigested food remains will not ferment and rot in the intestines.
Rule 4 - drink plenty of fluids. Lack of water in the body contributes to rapid dehydration, as a result of which the skin "wears out" faster. A face slimming diet must necessarily include the use of about two liters of fluid per day. It should be non-carbonated mineral water, citrus juices, green teas. As a result, your face will become much more attractive, graceful and thinner.
Diets for cleansing the skin
In addition to losing weight, many women are worried about various skin imperfections such as acne, pimples, etc. Often, such defects indicate the presence of certain diseases, but much more often all problems can be solved by proper nutrition and adherence to a diet to cleanse the skin of the face.
So, for example, redness on the cheeks looks very unattractive. Often, women try to disguise them with powder or foundation, not paying attention to what foods are included in their daily diet. But in order to get rid of redness on the face, it is enough to simply follow a diet for the face and exclude various smoked meats, too spicy foods, spices and alcoholic beverages from your diet.
Acne and pimples on the face are not only of concern to young people. According to recent studies, people with a diet dominated by potatoes (such as fried potatoes, French fries, etc.) are especially likely to develop acne and pimples on the face. It is known that if you consume less than 20 g of fat per day, the body begins to experience a deficiency of vitamin A, the main purpose of which is to protect the skin from premature aging. This leads to the fact that the skin of the face becomes dry, begins to peel off, and wrinkles appear on it.
A diet for the face from peeling must necessarily include fats in the diet, since they are necessary for the body and skin. Include nuts in your diet for your face, and season salads with sunflower and vegetable oil. But do not get carried away too much, everything is fine in moderation.
But in order to get rid of inflammation on the face and wrinkles, nutritionists advise eating a lot of fish when following a diet for the face, since it is this fish that is the optimal source of fatty acids such as Omega-3 and Omega-6. It is they who minimize the inflammatory processes in the body that lead to blockage of the pores of the skin, causing the appearance of cracks, wrinkles and acne. In addition to salmon, tuna, mackerel, it is recommended to include almonds, hazelnuts and flaxseeds in the diet.
