Gemobin is a biologically active food supplement (BAA), an additional source of iron and vitamin C.

Release form and composition

Tablets weighing 0.2 or 0.3 g (in packs of 10, 60 or 120 pcs.)

Active and additional components: powdered hemoglobin, ascorbic acid, lactose, calcium stearic acid, microcrystalline cellulose.

Component properties

The natural heme iron contained in Gemobin is highly purified and specially prepared hemoglobin, which is obtained from the blood of farm animals using a patented original technology. Unlike other drugs with antianemic action, dietary supplements do not lead to the development of side reactions and are non-toxic, have 100% bioavailability (fully absorbed), due to which the treatment and prevention of iron deficiency is provided with adequate, physiologically justified doses.

Indications for use

Hemobin is recommended to be taken as an additional source of iron and vitamin C.

Contraindications

A contraindication to taking Gemobin is the presence of hypersensitivity to its components.

Recommendations for use

Hemobin is taken orally, simultaneously with food intake.

Recommended doses (depending on the dosage of dietary supplements):

• 0.2 g (single dose with a frequency of administration 3 times a day): adults - 4 pcs.; children 7-14 years old - 2 pcs.; children 4-6 years old - 1 piece;
• 0.3 g: adults - 3 times a day, 2–4 pcs.; children 7-14 years old - 3 times a day, 2 pcs.; children 3–7 years old - 2 times a day, 2 pcs.

The duration of the course is from 20 to 30 days. The doctor, if necessary, can prescribe a repeated intake of dietary supplements.
