- In the granulation phase, it stimulates angiogenesis and the filling of the defect with collagen fibers;
- In the phase of epithelialization, it accelerates cell division.
Thanks to beeswax, which contains a large amount of amino acids, the healing processes proceed much more intensively, and the Voskopran dressing does not stick to the wound at all stages of the wound process. After cleansing, wax promotes rapid epithelial formation.
Also Voskopran dressings:
- Provide free gas exchange in the wound necessary for regeneration;
- Quickly cleanse the wound from purulent or mixed exudate;
- Effectively protect against further infection, drying out and loss of physiological fluids, as well as friction, mechanical stress, pollution and shock.

Release form
The composition of the wound dressing (napkins) Voskopran includes beeswax (96.9%), as well as propolis and vitamin E. Gauze dressings are produced in 6 sizes: 7.5x10cm, 5x7.5cm, 10x15cm, 10x50 cm, 10x10cm and 10x200cm, each of which it is protected on both sides by polypropylene films.
Indications for use of Voskopran
Voskopran napkins are used:
- To provide first aid for burns and injuries;
- For the treatment of granulating wounds.
Depending on the wound process, one of four types of dressings can be used:
- Voskopran dressing without ointments, used to treat clean wounds or wounds in the granulation stage, including frostbite, burns, trophic ulcers. Also, this type of bandage can, if necessary, be combined with any ointment, which ensures its penetration into the deep layers of damaged skin;
- Anti-inflammatory dressing with Levomekol ointment for the treatment of trophic ulcers, infected and purulent wounds, bedsores, frostbite, diaper rash, purulent-inflammatory skin diseases, chemical, thermal, radiation burns of the I-III degree. This type of dressing Voskopran provides both antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory effect;
- A dressing with 5% dioxidine ointment, which provides stable antimicrobial protection, is used to treat deep and superficial infected, purulent and long-term non-healing wounds;
- Voskopran dressing with 10% methyluracil ointment, which stimulates the regeneration process, is used for the early healing of clean, granulating and sluggish wounds, including burns, dermatitis, postoperative sutures, boils and photodermatosis.
Contraindications
The use of Voskopran napkins is contraindicated in case of individual sensitivity to coating components, especially to beekeeping products. Dressings with dioxidine should not be used by lactating women during pregnancy, as well as in case of insufficient adrenal function.
Method of application of Voskopran
After opening, the Voskopran napkin is applied so that it protrudes beyond the edges of the wound surface by 0.5 cm. The second protective layer is removed a few minutes after application.
In the absence of inflammatory foci, the dressing can be left on until complete healing. According to reviews, Voskopran, after wound healing, naturally departs from it, without leaving scars.
