Pankov's balm is a series of dietary supplements used for diseases of the eyes and nose.
Release form and composition
Drug types:
- Pankov's antioxidant balm (BPA);
- Pankov's antioxidant balm No. 1 (BPA No. 1);
- Pankov's antioxidant balm No. 2 (BPA No. 2).
The color of balms can vary from golden to burgundy, depending on the raw material.
Available in bottles of 10 ml, 1 bottle in a cardboard box.
BPA active substances are natural (bark, leaves, flowers and fruits) extracts of cold sterilization of the following medicinal plants (adaptogens): hawthorn, eyebright, ginseng, blueberry, St. John's wort, fir.
Active substances BPA No. 1 - natural juices of cold sterilization of the following medicinal plants (biogenic stimulants): Kalanchoe juice, aloe juice, golden mustache juice, fir.
The active substances of BPA No. 2 are medicinal plants (honey plants): calendula, blue cornflower, fir, lungwort, lime blossom.
Balms contain: carbohydrates, proteins, manganese, sodium, magnesium, selenium, calcium, potassium, zinc, chromium, copper, iron, vitamins A, B 1, B 2, C, E.
Component properties
Thanks to the constituent components, Pankov's Balm is antioxidant:
- is a natural antibiotic;
- promotes the formation of free radicals and oxidation of cell membrane lipids;
- improves microcirculation and metabolic processes in the tissues of the eyes;
- eliminates the causes of blurred vision and eye diseases.
Thanks to the constituent components, Pankov's balm antioxidant No. 1:
- enhances the functions of the body's defense mechanisms;
- activates regeneration processes;
- is a natural antibiotic;
- promotes the formation of free radicals and oxidation of cell membrane lipids;
- improves microcirculation and metabolic processes in the tissues of the eyes;
- eliminates the causes of blurred vision and eye diseases.
Thanks to the constituent components, Pankov's balm antioxidant No. 2:
- has a bactericidal and anti-inflammatory effect;
- has antiallergic and tonic effect;
- enhances metabolism;
- is a general tonic;
- accelerates tissue regeneration.
Indications for use
- progressive myopia;
- computer eye disease (CVS);
- inflammatory diseases of the mucous membrane of the eyes and cornea;
- degenerative diseases of the retina and optic nerve;
- initial cataract;
- glaucoma with compensated intraocular pressure;
- post-traumatic and postoperative syndromes;
- inflammatory diseases of the nasal mucosa in children and adults.
Contraindications
Pankov's balm is contraindicated only in case of hypersensitivity to any of its components.
Recommendations for use
Pankov's balms can be applied in sequence or combined within one day.
Recommended dosage regimens:
- prevention of eye diseases: 1 drop 2 times / day in both eyes;
- treatment of eye diseases: 1 drop 3–6 times / day into the affected eye;
- inflammation of the nasal mucosa: 2-3 drops 4 times / day in each nasal passage;
- diseases of the retina and optic nerve: 5 drops deep into each nostril in a supine position (it is recommended to put a roller under the neck) 4-6 times / day. After instillation for at least 5 minutes, you should lie on your back.

Shelf life - 2 years, after the first opening - 10 days, when stored in the refrigerator - 1 month.
