Rhinoplasty consists in exposing the wing cartilage and excision of the tissue between the medial legs, followed by bringing them together and stitching them together;
Curvature of the nose: to eliminate this deformity, a rather complex rhinoplasty is performed, which includes an osteotomy of the frontal process of the upper jaw, osteotomy of the nasal bones in the nasal region. Then the nose is given the correct position.
The patient's desire: sometimes there are no direct indications for rhinoplasty, but the person is still not happy with the shape of his nose. If there are no contraindications to the operation, then plastic surgeons go to meet patients.

Medical indications for rhinoplasty include tumor-like formations on the nose, traumatic and gunshot lesions, restoration of nasal breathing, which is difficult due to the curvature of the nasal septum.
