Amilonosar is a nootropic agent.

Release form and composition

Dosage forms of Amilonosar:

  • solution for intravenous (i / v) and intramuscular (i / m) administration: clear colorless or slightly colored liquid (2 ml each in ampoules made of neutral glass: in a cardboard box with partitions / gratings / separator made of cardboard or sack paper 5 or 10 ampoules; in a cardboard box 1-2 contour cell packs of 5 ampoules. When using ampoules without a ring / notch / break point, insert an ampoule scarifier / knife);
  • tablets: round, biconvex, white or white with a grayish tinge [in blister contour packs of 10 pcs., in jars of glass melt with a triangular rim, 30 pcs. (dosage 20 and 50 mg), 60 pcs. Pharmacodynamics

Amilonosar is a nootropic drug with psychostimulating, tranquilizing, antioxidant and antiplatelet effects.

The drug dilates the blood vessels of the brain. Normalizes tissue metabolism. It has a positive effect on cerebral circulation: improves microcirculation, reduces the resistance of cerebral vessels, increases the volumetric and linear velocity of cerebral blood flow, suppresses platelet aggregation.

Amilonosar improves the functional state of the brain. When taking a course, it increases mental and physical performance, improves memory, reduces headaches, and normalizes sleep. Reduces or eliminates feelings of fear, anxiety and tension. Improves the condition of patients with speech and movement disorders.

Pharmacokinetics

With any method of administration, the drug is rapidly and to a large extent absorbed. Distributed in the brain, kidneys, adipose tissue and muscles, penetrates the blood-brain barrier. It is retained in body tissues for a long time.

Bioavailability is 50–88%. Practically not metabolized, excreted mainly unchanged by the kidneys. The half-life is 0.51 hours.

Indications for use

For adults:

  • improving the tolerance of physical / mental stress (in persons under stress and extreme conditions of activity, as well as in athletes to increase resistance to stress and restore physical performance);
  • asthenic conditions due to various neuropsychiatric diseases;
  • states accompanied by emotional lability, increased irritability, anxiety, fear (as part of complex therapy);
  • vegetative-vascular dystonia, cerebrovascular insufficiency, depressive disorders, asthenia in old age;
  • primary open-angle glaucoma - to stabilize visual function;
  • neuroinfection, traumatic brain injury, prevention of migraine (as part of complex therapy);
  • acute alcohol intoxication, alcoholic encephalopathy (as part of complex therapy);
  • chronic alcoholism - to reduce asthenic and asthenoneurotic, postpsychotic and pre-relapse conditions.

In addition, in children from 3 years of age and in adults, Amilonosar is used for urinary disorders in order to improve the adaptive function of the bladder (reduce detrusor hypoxia).

Contraindications

Absolute:

  • acute and chronic kidney disease;
  • children under 3 years old;
  • pregnancy and lactation;
  • lactase deficiency, lactose intolerance, glucose / galactose malabsorption syndrome (for Amilonosar tablets);
  • hypersensitivity to any component of the drug.

It is also not recommended to use Amilonosar in case of acute cerebrovascular accident.

Amilonosar, instructions for use: method and dosage

Solution for intravenous and intramuscular administration

In the form of a solution, Amilonosar is injected intravenously (drip or slow jet) and intramuscularly.

Before dropping, 1 ampoule of the drug is diluted with 200 ml of 0.9% sodium chloride solution.

Recommended dosing regimens for adults:

  • improving the tolerance of physical / mental stress: 200 mg / day for a course of 10-15 days, athletes - 200 mg / day for two weeks of the training period;
  • chronic disorders of cerebral circulation: during the first 10 days IV, 100-200 mg / day, then - in the same dose / m. The duration of treatment is 15-30 days. After improving the patient's condition, the patient is transferred to the oral form of Amilonosar;
  • cerebrovascular diseases: 50–150 mg / day for 10–15 days;
  • asthenic conditions and conditions accompanied by fear, anxiety, anxiety, irritability: 100-200 mg / day for 10-15 days;
  • primary open-angle glaucoma: intramuscularly, 100-200 mg / day for a course of 10 days;
  • acute uncomplicated alcohol intoxication: the first saturating dose - 5 mg / kg, then - 1.56 mg / kg / h in a volume of 2.5 liters of infusion solution for 4 hours 2 times a day (morning and evening);
  • alcoholism: 100–150 mg / day for a course of 6–7 days during the period of abstinence; for more persistent disorders outside abstinence - 50-100 mg / day for 10-15 days.

Recommended daily doses of Amilonosar for children:

  • 3-10 years - 100 mg / m;
  • 11-15 years - 200 mg.

The course of treatment for children is 10 days.

Amilonosar tablets should be taken orally. Meal timing doesn't matter.

  • depressive disorders in elderly patients: 40-200 mg / day (optimal doses are in the range of 60-120 mg) in 2-3 doses for 1.5-3 months;
  • primary open-angle glaucoma: 50 mg 3 times a day for 1 month;
  • prevention of a migraine attack: 50 mg 3 times a day;
  • alcoholism: 100–150 mg / day for 6–7 days during the period of withdrawal; for more persistent disorders outside abstinence - 40-60 mg / day for a course of 4-5 weeks;
  • disorder of urination in children: functional disorder of urination - 40 mg / day for children 3–10 years old and 60 mg / day for children over 10 years old (in 2-3 doses); myelodysplasia - 60 mg / day for children under 10 years old and 100 mg / day for children 11-15 years old (in 3 divided doses);
  • disorder of urination in adults: 50 mg 3 times a day for 1 month.

Side effects
