  2. For the next exercise, the person remains on the floor, but he should straighten the lower limbs, then raise the body without lifting the legs from the horizontal surface, stay in this position for about 10 seconds, return to the starting position, repeat all actions 15 times with rest intervals between sets of 15 seconds.
  3. In the supine position, the patient spreads his arms to the sides and bends his knees, after which one knee must be pulled to the chest, grabbed with his hands and pulled towards himself. The exercise is done 5-8 times for each leg in turn.
  4. The patient assumes a starting position on his back with his hands under his head. Bend one leg at the knee, leave the other on the floor. Pull the toe of a straight leg towards you for 10 seconds, do the same with the other leg. These steps are repeated 5 times for each limb.
  5. From a supine position, slowly slide the palm of one hand down the thigh, bending the torso in the appropriate direction. The other hand simultaneously slides up the opposite side of the body. The exercise must be repeated 5-8 times in each direction.
  6. In the prone position, spread the upper and lower limbs to the sides and try to stretch them as much as possible for 15 seconds. The exercise must be repeated 10 times.
  7. Lying on your stomach, spread your legs as far as possible without lifting them off the floor, and then bring them together. The exercise is repeated 5 times, 10 repetitions in 1 approach.
  8. In a lying position on your side, bend the upper leg at the knee and pull it to your chest, and then return to its original position. The exercise is performed 10 times in 1 approach, after which they turn over on the other side and do the same. It is recommended to do 5 approaches for each leg in one workout.
  9. Lying on its side, lower limbs straight. The leg that is on top must be lifted up and returned to its original position. The exercise is repeated 10 times for each leg.
  10. The starting position is standing on all fours. In this case, the arms should be straight, palms facing forward. After that, the patient lowers his head down, at the same time bending his back up, and returns to the starting position. Repeat the exercise 10 times in one lesson.
  11. Do push-ups from the floor 10 times, while controlling that the lower back and back remain straight. The exercise is repeated 5 times.

After completing the exercise cycle, it is recommended to lie on your back for a while, relaxing as much as possible.
