Celery vegetable soup is the staple of this diet. It can be cooked in two recipes, alternating between them. Here are both recipes.
Option one. Ingredients: celery stalks (200 g), white cabbage (500 g), onions (3 pcs.), Carrots (1 pc.), Green beans (100 g), tomato (3 pcs.), Bell pepper (1 pc.).). All this is finely chopped, poured with tomato juice (1.5 l), brought to a boil over high heat, boiled for several minutes. Then reduce the heat and cook until tender.
Option two. Ingredients: celery stalks (200 g), white cabbage (500 g), onions (2 pcs.), Tomato (2 pcs.), Bulgarian pepper (2 pcs.). All this is finely chopped and poured with water (2 l), after which it is brought to a boil over high heat. After boiling for several minutes, reduce the heat and cook for another ten minutes.
The soup is boiled every day to keep it fresh. You can eat it whenever you want and as much as you want, there are no restrictions. But nutritionists advise to eat often and in small portions, so it is more beneficial for the digestive system, moreover, the stomach does not stretch.
Every day you need to drink about 2 liters of clean, still water.
Heat treatment of products is carried out in one of the dietary ways: boiling, baking, steaming.
Before starting the celery diet, it is recommended to spend a fasting week. For seven days, you should give up bread, pasta, sweets, smoked, fatty foods and sugary carbonated drinks.
