Saykov's diet
Psychotherapist and nutritionist Dmitry Saykov developed an original nutritional system, which, in particular, was used by singer Larisa Dolina to lose weight. The main principle of the diet is to reduce the calorie content of food, primarily by reducing the fat content in the diet. The main products of the diet are kefir and herbal infusion.
Before a diet, it is advisable to spend a fasting day, completely refusing food, using only water.
Saykov's diet rules:
- Take food six times a day, strictly on schedule - at 8:00, 10:00, 12:00, 14:00, 16:00 and 18:00. You can't eat anything after 18:00.
- Before each meal, drink 50 ml of herbal infusion (200 ml of boiling water, one packet of chamomile, St. John's wort and calendula).
- Drink no more than 0.5 liters of water per day.
- Strictly adhere to the menu. It is forbidden to replace some foods with others, change the order of days, exceed the prescribed amount of food, skip meals.
The diet is designed for seven days. If there is a need to significantly reduce weight, the diet can be repeated, but not immediately, but with a week break. During the break, it is recommended to leave kefir in the diet (at least once a day) and continue to adhere to the fractional diet.
