Drug interactions
Salicylamide increases the risk of developing side effects of mineralocorticosteroids, glucocorticosteroids and estrogens. Enhances the action of fibrinolytics, indirect anticoagulants and antiplatelet agents. With the simultaneous use of myelotoxic drugs, the likelihood of inhibition of cerebral circulation (hematopoiesis) increases.
Naproxen increases the toxicity of sulfonamides, phenytoin and methotrexate. Reduces the antihypertensive effect of beta-blockers. May reduce the diuretic effect of furosemide.
Caffeine enhances the absorption and action of cardiac glycosides, increases their toxicity. With the simultaneous use of beta-blockers, mutual suppression of therapeutic effects may be noted. In the case of joint administration of adrenergic bronchodilator drugs, additional stimulation of the central nervous system and the development of other additive toxic effects are possible.
