Excipients in the composition of the Merz Special Dragee: colloidal silicon dioxide, microcrystalline cellulose, acacia gum, purified water, iron oxide red (E 172), cellacephate, indigo carmine, dextrose syrup, carnauba wax, corn starch, sucrose, castor oil, titanium talc.

Special dragee Merz is a combined preparation, the action of which is due to the characteristics of its constituent substances:
- cystine (amino acid): participates in the growth of nails and hair;
- retinol (vitamin A): improves blood supply to the skin, increases their firmness, elasticity, preserves the integrity of epithelial cells;
- beta-carotene (provitamin A): has antioxidant properties;
- tocopherol (vitamin E): has an antioxidant effect, participates in the process of tissue respiration;
- thiamine (vitamin B 1): ensures the normal functioning of the nervous system, takes part in carbohydrate metabolism;
- ascorbic acid (vitamin C): reduces the permeability of the vascular walls;
- riboflavin (vitamin B 2): a catalyst required for cellular respiration processes;
- pyridoxine (vitamin B 6): participates in protein metabolism;
- calcium pantothenate (vitamin B 5): activates the water exchange of skin cells;
- cyanocobalamin (vitamin B 12): ensures normal blood formation;
- niacinamide (vitamin PP or B 3): takes part in the processes of fat and carbohydrate metabolism, tissue respiration;
