Pharmacodynamics
The local anesthetic, anti-inflammatory and antiseptic effect of the drug is due to the properties of its active components:
- phenazone: helps block cyclooxygenase and inhibits the biosynthesis of anti-inflammatory prostaglandins; has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects;
- lidocaine: disrupts the perception and conduction of a pain impulse (due to antagonism with calcium and sodium ions at the level of the nerve fiber membrane).

In the absence of damage to the tympanic membrane, the active / auxiliary components of the drops do not penetrate into the body and do not have a systemic effect.
Indications for use
