A single dose can vary from 5 to 25 drops, depending on the tolerance of the agent and individual sensitivity. It is possible to increase a single dose from 15 to 25 drops only after consulting your doctor.

The frequency of admission and the duration of use of Carniland depend on the intensity and frequency of angina attacks, as well as on the tolerance and effectiveness of the therapy.

special instructions

Taking Carniland in patients can cause a significant decrease in blood pressure and the development of dizziness in such cases as a sudden transition from a lying or sitting position to a standing position, taking ethanol-containing drinks, exercising, and the presence of hot weather.

With frequent use of the drug, as well as other drugs included in the group of organic nitrates, addiction develops, in which an increase in dose may be necessary.

It should be borne in mind that the content of ethyl alcohol in the drops is at least 75%. The maximum daily dose of Carniland contains 1.96 g of ethanol.
