Lerkamen is a slow calcium channel blocker used in the treatment of diseases of the cardiovascular system.
Pharmacological action Lerkamena
The drug Lerkamen inhibits vascular smooth muscle cells and transmembrane calcium flow into cardiomyocytes, has a prolonged antihypertensive effect and hypotensive effect due to a direct relaxing effect on vascular smooth muscle.
Lerkamena release form
According to the instructions, Lerkamen is produced in the form of biconvex, round, film-coated pale yellow or light yellow tablets, with a risk on one side, light yellow at the break, in blisters, in cardboard packs. One tablet of Lerkamen contains 10 mg of lercanidipine hydrochloride, 30 mg of lactose monohydrate, 39 mg of microcrystalline cellulose, 15.5 mg of sodium carboxymethyl starch (type A), 4.5 mg of povidone K30 and 1 mg of magnesium stearate.
The composition of the Lerkamen film shell includes 3 mg of opadry OY-SR-6497, 1.913 mg of hypromellose, 0.3 mg of macrogol 6000, 0.15 mg of talc, 0.6 mg of titanium dioxide and 0.037 mg of a yellow iron oxide dye.
Also, according to the instructions, Lerkamen is released in the form of biconvex, round, film-coated reddish-pink tablets, with a risk on one side, light yellow at the break, in blisters, in cardboard packs. One tablet of Lerkamen contains 20 mg of lercanidipine hydrochloride, lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium carboxymethyl starch (type A), povidone K30 and magnesium stearate.
The composition of the Lerkamen film casing includes opadry 02F25077, titanium dioxide, macrogol 6000, iron oxide, talc and hypromellose.
