Release form and composition
Incena is available in the form of drops for oral administration (in dark glass vials with a dropper cap of 20, 50 or 100 ml, 1 bottle in a cardboard box).
The composition of 100 ml drops contains active substances:
- Apis (Apis) D12 - 10 ml;
- Lachesis (Lachesis) D12 - 10 ml;
- Belladonna (Belladonna) D6 - 10 ml;
- Pulsatilla (Pulsatilla) D6 - 10 ml;

Pharmacological properties
Incena inhibits the production of inflammatory mediators and prevents the accumulation of macrophages and leukocytes in the focus of inflammation. Due to a decrease in capillary permeability, the drug prevents the development of edema and reduces the severity of the inflammatory process. It also reduces platelet aggregation, improving blood rheological parameters.
The drug accelerates the process of separating purulent contents and cleansing wounds, stimulating tissue regeneration. In patients with rheumatoid arthritis, who have pronounced degenerative changes, Incena allows you to quickly stop a pain attack, eliminate inflammation and swelling of the joints, improve overall well-being and performance, minimize stiffness in the affected joints in the morning and, in some cases, stop using non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. drugs. The properties of mineralocorticoid preparations are uncharacteristic for the drug.
Capillary peppers help to contract smooth muscles, expand capillaries and increase their permeability.
The active component of belladonna is atropine, which has anesthetic, bronchodilator and antispasmodic effect. It also dilates the pupils, increases intraocular pressure and improves heart function.
Lumbago meadow is characterized by diuretic, analgesic, sedative and bactericidal action.
Bee venom improves vascular permeability and accelerates blood circulation, lowers cholesterol, blood clotting and viscosity, enhances total nitrogen production and increases hemoglobin levels, and has anti-inflammatory properties.
The neurotropic component of snake venom eliminates pain syndrome, and enzymes with hyaluronidase activity intensify tissue regeneration.
Pharmacodynamics
Due to the multicomponent composition, the pharmacodynamics of Incena have not been fully studied.
