Pharmacological properties
Pharmacodynamics
Imoferase has a dermatoprotective efficacy due to the main active ingredient in the composition - the stabilized enzyme hyaluronidase.
The use of innovative technologies made it possible to stabilize the enzyme hyaluronidase, which ensured its complex and long-lasting effect. Stabilized hyaluronidase inhibits the formation of excess connective tissue, changes its structure, and reduces swelling in the scar / scar area.
The use of Imoferase, due to the presence of stabilized hyaluronidase in the cream, has the following effect on pathologically altered skin:
hydrolysis of glycosaminoglycans in the scar tissue;
- reconstruction of the connective tissue matrix;
- facilitating the movement of fluid in the interstitial space;
- preventing the proliferation of connective (scar) tissue;
- improved trophism, increased permeability, decreased tissue edema;
- softening and flattening of scars, preventing their formation.
Clinically proven effects of Imoferase based on the results of an objective assessment of the condition of the skin after applying the cream:
- the appearance of the scar / scar is improved; such an improvement after 8 weeks is observed in 96.6% of cases;
- the elasticity of scar tissue increases (15.4%);
- the intensity of redness and hyperpigmentation of scar tissue decreases (decrease in the level of melanin by 17.8%; decrease in erythema by 20.9%);
- increases skin hydration (by 37.3%), thereby improving the moisture balance in the scar / scar area;
- discomfort in the area of application of the cream decreases, after 8 weeks there is a decrease in dryness, tightness, pain and itching;
- the likelihood of the formation of a coarse scar / cicatrix after wound healing decreases (the height is reduced on average by 2 times);
- the protective function of the skin is restored.
Indications for use
Imoferase cream is intended for specialized care of pathologically altered skin in the area of its damage due to trauma, surgery, burns, post-acne, as well as cosmetic procedures.
For any damage to the integrity of the skin, using the cream for 4-8 weeks helps to make the scar / scar less visible.
