Dioskorea Caucasian - relict perennial herbaceous vine, belonging to the genus Dioskorea of the Dioskorei family. It is found mainly in the Caucasus and in the western regions of the Caucasus. Due to its low prevalence in 1979, this plant was listed in the Red Book, and is currently cultivated for medicinal purposes.

Chemical composition
