Ginjaleling is a herbal antispasmodic drug that has anti-inflammatory and diuretic effects. Prevents nephrourolithiasis, promotes the dissolution and discharge of calculi from the urinary tract (oxalate, urate and mixed type).
Release form and composition
Dosage form - capsules (10 pcs. In a blister, 10 blisters in a cardboard box; 75 pcs. In polymer bottles, 1 bottle in a cardboard box).
Active substance: thick aqueous extract from a mixture of medicinal plants, in 1 capsule - 178 mg, including:
- Curly strobilant leaves (Strobilanthes crispus L.) - 27.7%;
- Orthosiphon staminal leaves (Orthosiphon stamineus Benth.) - 27.7%;
- Imperata cylindrical B. rhizomes - 22.3%;
- Phyllanthus niruri L. grass - 22.3%.
Additional components: aerosil-200 (colloidal silicon dioxide), nipazole, corn starch, nipagin, magnesium stearate, talc.
Indications for use
- Treatment of urolithiasis (in the presence of stones up to 0.4 cm in size, maximum - 0.6 cm) in the renal pelvis;
- Removal of small stones from the upper urinary tract, incl. release of the ureter from stone fragments after lithotripsy (as part of combination therapy).
Contraindications
The use of Ginjaleling is contraindicated in case of hypersensitivity to its constituent components.
Method of administration and dosage
The drug is taken orally by swallowing the capsules whole and drinking at least 1 glass of water.
The standard dosage regimen assumes daily intake of 6 capsules (2 capsules 3 times a day) for a course of 3 to 6 weeks. If necessary, the doctor can increase the duration of treatment or prescribe repeated courses.

Allergic reactions are possible.
