Gelenk Narung is a biologically active food supplement (BAA), a dietary product based on hydrolyzed collagen.

Release form and composition

Dosage form - powder for oral administration with various flavors: cherry, apple, pineapple, raspberry, currant, orange and peach (300 and 600 g in cans).

The dietary supplement is a food concentrate based on collagen hydrolyzate.

Ingredients: gelatin, collagen hydrolyzate (glutamic acid, hydroxyproline, phenylalanine, alanine, glycine, serine, threonine, lysine, histidine, arginine, tyrosine, isoleucine, leucine, proline, methionine, valine, cystine, asparagine).

Auxiliary components: vegetable oil, fruit powder, acesulfame K, aspartame, dextrose, maltodextrin, citric acid, natural flavoring (cherry or pineapple, or apple, or currant, or raspberry, or orange and peach flavor).

Component properties

Bioadditive Gelenk Narung is close to the biological composition of cartilage, tendons and ligaments. It helps to quickly restore the cartilaginous tissue of the menisci and intervertebral discs, as well as strengthen the articular-ligamentous apparatus of the spine, other cartilaginous surfaces of small and large joints.

Collagen hydrolyzate contains amino acids that help strengthen and repair tissues, especially after surgery and injuries.

Thus, the supplement:

• strengthens the articular-ligamentous apparatus with heavy loads on the spine and joints, including in the presence of excess weight;
• activates the production of synovial (intra-articular) fluid;
• prevents the destruction of cartilaginous tissues in the joints and intervertebral discs (arthrosis, arthritis, osteochondrosis);
• promotes the regeneration of the cartilaginous surface of the menisci.

Indications for use

Gelenk Narung is recommended to be taken as a dietary supplement as a means of preventing degenerative changes in the musculoskeletal system during heavy physical exertion.

Contraindications

• phenylketonuria;
• During pregnancy and breastfeeding;
• individual intolerance to any components of the drug.

Recommendations for use

Gelenk Narung should be taken orally once a day, in the morning on an empty stomach, 40 minutes before breakfast.

Adults are prescribed 7-10 g of powder (1 part-time dessert or full teaspoon with a slide).

Immediately before taking, the powder must be diluted in 200 ml of still water.

Duration of use is 2-3 months.

A can of 600 g is designed for one full course of therapy (85 days).

Gelenk Narung is not a drug, you should consult with your doctor before taking it, especially for rheumatoid arthritis.

The dietary supplement does not affect blood sugar and body weight.

The supplement can be used by people of different ages, regardless of the presence of any diseases and concomitant use of other drugs (Gelenk Narung is compatible with other drugs).

It is advisable to combine the intake of dietary supplements with manual procedures and massage.

Collagen synthesis in the body depends on the presence of a sufficient amount of vitamin C, and therefore it is recommended to pay special attention to the timely intake of vitamins. If there are no contraindications, it is useful to take Gelenk Narung together with vitamin C (at least 50 mg with each meal).
