Gastrointestinal - means that affect the gastrointestinal tract (GIT) and metabolic processes. Tablets - a biologically active additive (BAA), and a medicinal collection - a phytopreparation, improve digestion, have an anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, healing effect, stimulate the regeneration of the gastric mucosa and duodenal ulcer, regulate intestinal motility; collection has anti-inflammatory, tonic, choleretic and carminative effect.
Release form and composition
- tablets 500 mg: flat-cylindrical, round, gray-brown in color with visible inclusions (10 pcs. in blisters, in a cardboard box 2 blisters);
- medicinal collection: a mixture of pieces of dry plants of different shapes, grayish-green with white, yellow, orange and brownish-red blotches, with a weak pleasant aroma (100 g each in plastic bags, in a cardboard box 1 package; 100 g in packs based on aluminum foil; 1.5 g each in filter bags No. 20; 100 g each in Doy-pack bags).
Gastrofit tablets include: chamomile flowers, calendula flowers, yarrow herb, St. John's wort herb, calamus root, linden flowers.

Component properties
The active components of the dietary supplement Gastrofit in tablets have the following effect:
- chamomile flowers: anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, anti-allergic, antispasmodic, analgesic;
- calendula flowers: anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, regenerating, improving digestion, as well as eliminating nausea / vomiting, diarrhea, pain in the intestines and stomach during inflammation, food poisoning, peptic ulcer;
- yarrow herb: anthelmintic, choleretic, diuretic, antispasmodic, antiallergic, anti-inflammatory, bactericidal, enhancing lactation and secretion of gastric juice;
- St. John's wort herb: anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, antiseptic, analgesic, hemostatic, moderate diuretic, choleretic, improving lipid and carbohydrate metabolism (recommended for diabetes, gastrointestinal diseases, liver diseases);
- calamus root: antispasmodic, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, increasing bile secretion (recommended for gastrointestinal inflammation, especially cholecystitis and gastritis);
- linden flowers: anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, antimicrobial, antipyretic, diaphoretic.
Collection Gastrochit due to its balanced composition, including medicinal plants that have a therapeutic effect on the gastrointestinal tract function, are used:
- to relieve pain in the intestines and stomach;
- to protect the gastrointestinal mucosa from irritation;
- to suppress infectious and inflammatory processes;
- in the treatment of dyskinesia of the bile ducts;
- to stimulate regeneration processes;
- in the treatment of hypoxia;
- to normalize the function of the nervous system;
- to restore the vitamin and mineral balance.
Indications for use
Gastrofit tablets are recommended for use as a dietary supplement that improves the functioning of the stomach and intestines, stimulates digestion, has an anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, healing effect.
Collecting Gastrophitis is indicated for use in the treatment of chronic gastritis with preserved or low acidity, non-ulcer dyspepsia, gastroduodenitis, duodenitis, enterocolitis. The phytopreparation is also used for the prevention of relapses and as part of the complex therapy of colitis, gastric ulcer and 12 duodenal ulcer.
Contraindications
Tablets and phyto-collection are contraindicated in case of individual hypersensitivity to any of the components.
The collection is not given to children under the age of 7.
Recommendations for use
The tablets are taken orally 10 minutes before meals.
Recommended dosage: 1 pc. 2 times a day.
Collecting children over 7 years and adult patients is taken orally as a herbal infusion for 20-30 minutes before meals for 2 / 3 cup (150 mL) 3 times a day.
Preparation of infusion:
- dry mixture: brew 2 tablespoons in 500 ml of boiling water, leave in a sealed container for 60 minutes, strain;
- filter bags: 2 pcs. Pour 2 / 3 cups (150 ml) boiling water, in a sealed container stand for 15 minutes.
Treatment continues for another 6-8 days after the complete disappearance of the symptoms of the disease. The average duration of the course of therapy is 1.5–2 months.
