ArtroDoc is a biologically active food supplement (BAA):

• capsules - a source of collagen, chondroitin sulfate, glucosamine sulfate, quercetin, manganese, zinc, copper, vitamins C, E, B ₁, B ₆;
• powder for oral administration - a source of glucosamine sulfate, chondroitin sulfate, quercetin, calcium, magnesium, manganese, copper, zinc, vitamins C, E, B ₁, B ₆, K ₁, biotin, hydroxyproline;
• cream - a source of glucosamine, chondroitin, vitamins, essential oils and a complex of plant extracts, which help to activate blood circulation in the joint area and restore cartilage tissue.

Release form and composition

The ArtroDoc line is available in three forms:

• capsules of 500 mg (in a plastic bottle 160 pcs.);
• powder for oral administration: no flavors and with the aroma of cherry, pineapple or orange (100 g each in a plastic jar; 10 g each in sachet bags);
• cream for external use (75 ml in a tube, 1 tube in a cardboard box).

The capsules contain:

• active substances: collagen hydrolyzate, glucosamine sulfate, chondroitin sulfate, vitamin E, vitamin C, vitamin K ₁, vitamin B ₁, vitamin B ₆, zinc (zinc oxide), copper (copper citrate), manganese gluconate (manganese), quercetin;
• auxiliary components: magnesium oxide, calcium carbonate, microcrystalline cellulose.

The powder contains:

• active substances: collagen hydrolyzate, calcium lactate, magnesium citrate, vitamin H, glucosamine sulfate, vitamin C, chondroitin sulfate, vitamin E, zinc citrate, quercetin, manganese gluconate, vitamin B ₁, vitamin B ₆, copper citrate, vitamin K ₁;
• auxiliary components: sweetener "Stevioside";
• additionally in the composition of the flavored powder: flavoring with pineapple, orange or cherry scent (identical to natural), Tartrazine dye in a product with pineapple or orange aroma, Ponso dye in a product with cherry aroma.

The cream contains:

• active substances: chondroitin sulfate, vitamin B ₃, vitamin E, glucosamine sulfate, extracts - horse chestnut, wild rosemary, white willow bark, fragrant martinia, sweet clover, witch hazel, red grape leaves, butcher's needle, pine bark, rosemary and fir essential oil, beeswax;
• auxiliary components: emulsion wax, cyclopentasiloxane, caprylic triglycerides, sunflower and petrolatum oils, fatty alcohol, distilled monoglycerides, methylisothiazolinone, phenoxyethanol, butylhydroxyanisol- (1,1-dimethylethyl) -2,6-BO-methoxyphenol -bis (1,1-dimethylethyl) -4-methylphenol (BOT), citric acid, propyl gallate, perfume, purified water.

Component properties

• chondroitin sulfate - maintains the elasticity and firmness of cartilage, helps to restore the structure of connective and cartilaginous tissue, has an anti-inflammatory effect;
• collagen hydrolyzate - an essential component of cartilage, ligaments and tendons, nourishes and restores bones, articular cartilage, ligaments and tendons. Stimulates the synthesis of physiological collagen, improves bone density, prevents thinning of cartilage;
• glucosamine sulfate - has an anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect, normalizes the formation of intra-articular fluid, stimulates the restoration of the cartilaginous membranes of the joints, improves their mechanical-elastic properties and mobility;
• quercetin is a powerful antioxidant that restores microcirculation in tissues;
• vitamin C - ensures the synthesis and bioavailability of collagen, an indispensable component in the process of creating collagen fibers;
• vitamin B ₆ - provides the metabolic processes of amino acids, which are necessary for the formation of connective tissue proteins. Increases absorption from the gastrointestinal tract and penetration of magnesium into cells;

Recommendations for use

Capsules

The capsules are taken orally with meals.

Recommended dosage for persons over 14 years old: 3 pcs. 2 times a day for 1-1.5 months.

Reapplication is possible every 3-4 months.

Oral powder

The powder is taken orally during meals, after dissolving a single dose in 200 ml of boiled chilled water.

Recommended dosing regimen for adults and children over 14 years of age: 10 g (1 full dessert spoon or 1 sachet bag) 1 time per day for 20 days. After a 10-day break, the course should be repeated.

During the year, taking the powder can be repeated 3-4 times.

Cream

The cream is applied in a thin layer to the skin of problem areas of the body and rubbed in with massaging movements until completely absorbed.
