AngioNorm is a phytopreparation for the treatment of heart failure with a pronounced antiplatelet and antiplatelet activity, possessing anti-inflammatory and angioprotective properties, providing venotonic and improving microcirculation, activating the diuretic function of the kidneys. Release form and composition
Dosage form of the drug AngioNorm - coated tablets: biconvex, yellow shell, the cut shows layers of yellow and white, the core - from light brown to dark brown with light blotches (10 pcs. In a blister strip made of PVC / Al or wrapping paper with polyethylene coating, 1, 2 or 3 packs in a cardboard box; 30 pcs. Composition of 1 coated tablet:
- active substance: dry extract (obtained from a mixture of medicinal plant materials - rose hips containing the total amount of flavonoids in terms of avicularin - 0.0005 g, hawthorn fruits, licorice roots, horse chestnut seeds) - 0.1 g;
- auxiliary components: lactose monohydrate, potato starch, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid;
- shell (formed by the extension method): low molecular weight povidone, magnesium hydroxycarbonate, sucrose, talc, titanium dioxide, colloidal silicon dioxide, tropeolin-O dye;
- polishing mastic: beeswax, liquid paraffin.
Indications for use
AngioNorm is used as part of the complex therapy of the following diseases, accompanied by vascular disorders:
- thromboembolism and thrombosis with increased platelet aggregation;
- thrombosis of capillaries with violation of their permeability and microcirculation;
- varicose veins, thrombophlebitis, post-thrombotic syndrome, accompanied by impaired venous circulation.
Contraindications
- severe chronic diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, kidneys and liver (with impaired functions);
- lactose intolerance, lactase deficiency, fructose intolerance, sucrase / isomaltase deficiency, glucose-galactose malabsorption (because the tablets contain lactose and sucrose);
- children and adolescents up to 18 years of age (there are no data on the safety of use);
- pregnancy and the period of breastfeeding (there are no data on the safety of use);
- hypersensitivity to phytopreparation components.
Method of administration and dosage
AngioNorm tablets are taken orally 40 minutes after a meal.
The recommended dosage regimen is 1 pc. 3 times a day. Increase in a single dose up to 2 pcs. 3 times a day, if necessary, and if the drug is well tolerated by the patient.
The duration of the course of therapy is up to 3 weeks. A repeated course is allowed as prescribed by the attending physician.
Side effects
Possible side effects due to AngioNorm therapy: dyspeptic disorders, hypersensitivity reactions.
Long-term use of the drug in doses exceeding the recommended ones may increase the severity of dose-dependent side effects. In this case, symptomatic treatment is recommended.
