Pharmacological action of Amosin

The active substance of Amosin is amoxicillin, which has bactericidal activity, suppressing streptococci, staphylococci, shigella, salmonella, klebsiella, coli, the causative agent of meningitis, sepsis.

Indications for use of Amosin

Contraindications to the use of Amosin

According to the instructions, Amosin cannot be combined with aminoglycosides; antacids, laxatives, glucosamine negatively affect its absorption and speed of action.

The antibiotic, in turn, increases the effectiveness of indirect anticoagulants and decreases the effectiveness of oral contraceptives containing estrogen. The concentration of amoxicillin is increased by non-steroidal drugs, diuretics, oxyphenbutazone, phenylbutazone, allopurinol.
