According to research by scientists, the more a person consumes food with a high fat content, the more likely it is to be overweight. Fat is the only form of energy storage. Carbohydrates are stored in the muscles and liver, and everything else is converted to fat. It can be accumulated in the body not only in tens, but also in hundreds of kilograms, there is enough space for this.

Thus, we can safely say that the most effective diet without weight gain will be limiting fat intake. But carbohydrates should be limited only if minimizing fat has not led to a positive result.

  • Stage 3 (duration 5 days). You should eat various fruits (pear, peach, apples, kiwi, apricots, bananas, plums, grapes, cherries, cherries, peaches, mulberries), as well as fruit juices, mineral and boiled water.
