Composition and form of release of Feksadin
The main active ingredient is fexofenadine hydrochloride 120 mg.
Auxiliary components: starch, povidone, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, purified water.

pharmachologic effect
Fexadine blocks the release of histamine and has an anti-allergic effect.
The therapeutic effect of the drug begins to manifest itself within 60 minutes after the start of administration and lasts for 20-24 hours. Feksadin forms bonds with blood plasma proteins and is partially metabolized.
Feksadin has a two-phase type of elimination. The drug is excreted from the body in the bile and urine.
Feksadin has positive reviews as a drug with a quick anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory effect.
With the simultaneous administration of Fexadine and Ketoconazole, the concentration of fexofenadine in the blood plasma may sharply increase.
