Sabelnik-Evalar is a complex of drugs that includes a biologically active food supplement (tablets) - a source of tannins and flavonoids, and a cosmetic product (cream) designed to support and improve the function of the musculoskeletal system and combined therapy of osteoarticular diseases.

Release form and composition

Sabelnik-Evalar is produced in the following forms:

• tablets weighing 0.5 g: brown (60 pcs. in a bottle, 20 pcs. in a blister, 1 bottle or 3 blisters in a cardboard box);
• body cream in the area of the joints (100 g in a tube, 1 tube in a cardboard box).

Tablet composition:

• active substance: extract of rhizomes and roots of marsh cinquefoil - 400 mg (the amount of tannins in terms of tannin is 10 mg);
• additional components: microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, calcium stearate.

Cream composition:

• active substances: extracts of rhizomes and roots of marsh cinquefoil and comfrey roots;
• additional components: soybean oil, water, glycerin monostearate, pork fat, stearic acid, glycerin, triethanolamine, lanolin, carbopol, euxil K 300.

Sabelnik-Evalar is a complex of natural remedies, the basis of which is the biologically active substances of the marsh cinquefoil, in particular - tanning (tannins). BAA and cosmetic product are used in the combined treatment of degenerative and inflammatory diseases of the joints. Tablets as a general tonic are used for excessive loads on the musculoskeletal system, as well as to improve the functional state of the spine. The cream also enhances blood microcirculation, helps to reduce the severity of symptoms of venous insufficiency, and reduces the feeling of heaviness in the legs.

The analgesic, anti-inflammatory, decongestant and regenerative effects of the drugs are due to the properties of their active ingredients. Rhizomes, roots and grass of marsh cinquefoil (comarum palustris L.) include flavonoids, tannins (up to 5%), resins, essential oil, organic acids.

The tannins of the pyrocatechol series contained in the plant demonstrate bactericidal and anti-inflammatory effects, exhibit P-vitamin activity characteristic of flavonoids and tannins. The latter is expressed in the support provided by the drugs to the structure of the connective tissue after intense physical exertion. The essential oil present in the cinquefoil helps to relieve pain and reduce swelling of inflamed tissues.

The comfrey extract included in the cream enhances the anti-inflammatory effect of the drug. The fatty base of the cream is represented by pork fat, which, like all animal fats, is a triglyceride of fatty acids in chemical composition. Penetrating into the epithelial layer of the skin, fat softens and impregnates it, gives elasticity, prevents it from dehydration, and protects against negative external influences, including sudden temperature changes.

Sabelnik-Evalar tablets are recommended for taking as a biologically active food supplement, a source of tannins and flavonoids, including in the combined treatment of inflammatory and degenerative diseases of the joints in order to maintain their mobility and flexibility. BAA is also taken to improve the functional state of the musculoskeletal system and as a general strengthening agent against the background of increased loads on the musculoskeletal system.
