Urerek is a drug used for urination disorders that are caused by benign prostatic hyperplasia.
Pharmacological action Urorek
The active component of Urorek helps to reduce the severity of symptoms of obstruction and irritation caused by benign prostatic hyperplasia. The effect is due to a decrease in the tone of the smooth muscles of the prostate gland, as well as the prostatic part of the urethra and the bladder neck, which leads to an improvement in urine outflow.

Indications for use of Urorek

Contraindications
Urerek is contraindicated for use in pediatrics (under 18 years of age), with severe hepatic insufficiency, as well as with hypersensitivity to the components that make up the capsules.
According to the instructions, Urorek is not prescribed for severe renal failure, and with a moderate degree, the drug should be taken with caution.
Method of using Urorek
The recommended daily dose of Urorek according to the instructions is 8 mg, which should be taken once at the same time of day.

- Antihypertensive drugs (calcium antagonists, diuretics, beta-blockers) - due to increased orthostatic hypotension.
