Release form and composition
Dosage form of release of Grammidin with anesthetic - lozenges: round, biconvex; without flavoring - white with a cream shade, with the smell of menthol; with raspberry flavor - white-pink, interspersed, with a bitter raspberry flavor and menthol smell; with lemon flavor - white with a yellowish tinge, interspersed, with a bitter lemon taste and menthol smell; with "Black currant" flavoring - light gray, interspersed, with a bitter taste of black currant and menthol smell (in blister or non-cell packs of 10 pcs., in polymer cans of 10 or 20 pcs., in a cardboard box 1 or 2 contour packaging, 1 can).

Combined drug for the treatment of infectious and inflammatory diseases of the mouth and throat. It contains gramicidin C (antimicrobial agent), lidocaine (local anesthetic), eucalyptus oil and menthol (anti-inflammatory emollients), as well as flavor-enhancing sweeteners.
Actions of Grammidin with an anesthetic, due to its constituent components:
- gramicidin C: exhibits antimicrobial activity against a wide range of gram-negative and gram-positive microorganisms, which are causative agents of infectious diseases of the pharynx and oral cavity; increasing the permeability of microbial cell membranes, violates their stability and causes death; during resorption, it increases salivation, which helps to cleanse the oropharynx from inflammatory exudate and microorganisms;
- lidocaine hydrochloride: when it gets on the mucous membrane of the throat and oral cavity, it has a local anesthetic effect, which manifests itself directly at the moment of resorption of the tablets and lasts for 30-40 minutes;
