The drug has an antimicrobial effect, is active against gram-positive and gram-negative cocci, Escherichia coli, Shigella spp., Vibrio cholerae, Haemophilus influenzae, Clostridium spp., Bacillus anthracis, Corynebacterium diphtheriae, Yersinia spp., And Actypp. Spp. Toxoplasma gondii.
