Speman is a combined herbal preparation with anti-inflammatory, stimulating spermatogenesis, improving microcirculation, prostatotropic action, used in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia and spermatogenesis disorders.
Release form and composition
Speman's dosage form - tablets: round, biconvex, color - from dark to light brown with splashes (100 pcs. In plastic bottles, 1 bottle in a cardboard box).
Active ingredients in 1 tablet:
- argirea beautiful (in the form of root extract) - 32 mg;
- long-leaved astercant (in the form of seed powder) - 32 mg;
- male orchis (in the form of tubers powder) - 65 mg;
- velvet itchy beans (in the form of seed powder) - 16 mg;
- compass lettuce (in the form of seed powder) - 16 mg;
- creeping tribulus (in the form of fruit extract) - 32 mg;
- pearl parmelia (in the form of thallus extract) - 16 mg;
- net leptadenia (in the form of stem extract) - 32 mg;
- mosaic gold (suvarnavang) 16 mg
Additional components: magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, crospovidone, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, aerosil (colloidal silicon dioxide).
Indications for use
- benign prostatic hyperplasia (symptomatic therapy);
- decreased sperm motility;
- oligospermia.
Contraindications
A contraindication to the use of Speman is the presence of hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.
Method of administration and dosage
Speman tablets are taken orally.
Recommended regimen:
- benign prostatic hyperplasia: 2-3 times a day, 2 tablets (in the future, the dose is gradually reduced);
- oligospermia: 2 tablets 3 times a day for 4–6 months.
