Natural Calm (Natural Calm in translation from English - natural calm) is a biologically active additive (BAA) to restore the balance of calcium and magnesium in the body.
Release form and composition
Dietary supplement Natural Kalm is produced in the form of a powder: a crumbly powdery mass that quickly dissolves in hot water; the resulting aqueous solution of a pleasant slightly acidic taste, reminiscent of lemon tea (in a plastic bottle of 4 ounces (116 g), 8 ounces (227 g) or 16 ounces (454 g) of powder).
1 teaspoon "without a slide" contains the active ingredient: water-soluble magnesium citrate - 2.25 g, which corresponds to the content of 0.175 g of elemental (pure) magnesium.

Method of administration and dosage
The solution prepared from the powder is taken orally on an empty stomach, if there are no problems with the gastrointestinal tract, and if any, after a meal.
The recommended initial daily dose of the powder is 1 teaspoon, the dose is gradually increased to 3-4 teaspoons per day, depending on tolerance.
The recommended course of therapy is 1-2 months, then (up to 6 months) Natural Calm is taken to prevent and maintain the balance of minerals.
For therapeutic purposes, magnesium is used in a daily dose of 0.01-0.015 g / kg of body weight; for an adult weighing 60-70 kg, this is 0.6-0.9 g of magnesium per day.
The optimal dose is that at which normal stool is maintained. In case of diarrhea, the amount of Natural Calm powder taken should be reduced. After normalization of bowel movements, the dose should be gradually brought to the previous rate, focusing on the consistency of the stool.
To prepare a solution, pour a dose of powder into a glass or a cup, pour a small amount of boiling water, stir thoroughly and top up with water, fruit juice or tea (optional).
Side effects
