Lespeflan is a hypoazotemic and diuretic herbal remedy.

Release form and composition

Dosage form - liquid extract (solution) for oral administration: liquid from light brown (with a shade of orange) to reddish brown, with a specific odor (in 100 ml bottles, 1 bottle in a cardboard box and instructions for use of Lespeflan).

The active substance is the shoots of Lespedeza bicolor: in 100 ml - 70.8 g.

Auxiliary components: ethanol 95%, anise oil, purified water.

Pharmacological properties

Pharmacodynamics

Lespeflan is a concentrated liquid extract obtained from medicinal plant raw materials of the shoots of Lespedeza bicolor of the legume family. The total amount of flavonoids contained in the extract, calculated as luteolin-7-glucoside ≥ 0.05%.

The drug has diuretic and hypoazotemic efficacy, which is expressed in an increase in glomerular filtration, a decrease in the concentration of nitrogen metabolism products in the blood serum, an increase in the clearance of nitrogenous compounds (urea, uric acid and creatinine).

Indications for use

The drug is used in the complex therapy of chronic renal failure of various origins in the latent, compensated and intermittent stages.
