Impaza is a drug used in the treatment of erectile dysfunction.
Release form and composition
The drug is produced in the form of tablets for resorption: from white with a cream shade to white, flat-cylindrical, with a chamfer and a risk, with a uniform, smooth surface; on one side the inscription "MATERIA MEDICA", on the other - "IMPAZA" (in polymer cans of 10, 20 or 40 pcs., 1 can in a cardboard box; in blisters of 20 pcs., 1 package in a cardboard box pack).
The composition of 1 tablet includes:
- Active substance: a mixture of homeopathic dilutions C12, C30, C200 of antibodies to endothelial nitric oxide synthetase (affinity purified) - 3 mg;
- Auxiliary components: magnesium stearate, lactose, microcrystalline cellulose.

Impaza is a homeopathic medicine that increases the activity of the endothelial enzyme, NO synthase. The use of the drug in the presence of stimulation of a sexual nature activates the process of nitric oxide production in endothelial cells, increases the concentration of cyclic guanosine monophosphate in the muscles of smooth muscles and causes its relaxation. This action promotes blood flow to the cavernous bodies of the penis, causing a sufficiently strong and prolonged erection.
The course of treatment with Impaza, like a single dose of the drug, increases libido in men and facilitates sexual intercourse. With a sufficiently low concentration of testosterone in the body, regular use of the drug leads to a significant increase in its concentration in the blood serum.
