Distreptase is an antithrombotic, enzyme preparation.

Distreptase is a combination of two enzymes: streptokinase, which helps dissolve blood clots and thrombi, and streptodornase, which dissolves dead cells and pus, without affecting the functioning of living cells. Distreptase, reviews and clinical studies confirm, improves the penetration of antibacterial and other chemotherapeutic agents to the focus of inflammation.

Indications for use

The instruction recommends taking the drug Distreptaza for:

  • chronic inflammation of the uterine appendages (adnexitis);
  • inflammation of the inner lining of the uterus (endometritis);
  • infiltrative (penetration and accumulation of unusual substances in the tissues) diseases of the small pelvis;
  • diseases of the small pelvis to reduce swelling;
  • follicular cysts (enlarged follicle);
  • chronic and acute hemorrhoids;
  • pararectal abscesses (inflammation of pararectal tissue);

  • purulent caudal (lower spine) cysts.

Instructions for the use of Distreptase

Distreptase comes in the form of rectal suppositories. Suppositories Distreptase must be inserted as deep as possible into the anus.

The dose of the drug is prescribed by the doctor and depends on the degree of the inflammatory process.

Instruction to Distreptase recommends using 1 suppository for the first three days 3 times a day for severe disease, the next three days - 2 times a day, another three days - 1 time a day. With moderate and mild inflammation, Distreptase suppositories should be administered 1 pc. the first three days 2 times a day, the next 4 days or 2 days - 1 time or 2 times, respectively.

The recommended duration of treatment is 7-10 days.

The drug Distreptaza reviews are characterized as a well-tolerated drug, only in rare cases is it possible to develop such undesirable effects as:

Contraindications
