Glutamevit is a multivitamin in combination with minerals.
Release form and composition
Dosage form - coated tablets: white, with a characteristic odor; the cross section shows two layers, the inner one is of a non-uniform color (10 pcs. in blister packs, in a cardboard bundle of 3 or 5 packs; 30 and 60 pcs. in orange or polymer glass jars, in a cardboard bundle of 1 can).
Active ingredients in each tablet:
- Retinol Acetate (Vitamin A) 1.135 mg (3300 International Units)
- glutamic acid - 250 mg;
- ascorbic acid (vitamin C) - 100 mg;
- calcium phosphate dihydrate - 40 mg;
- nicotinamide - 20 mg;
- rutin - 20 mg;
- α-tocopherol acetate (vitamin E) - 20 mg;
- calcium pantothenate - 10 mg;
- iron (II) sulfate 7-water - 10 mg, which corresponds to the iron content - 20 mg;
- pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B 6) - 3 mg;
- potassium sulfate - 2.5 mg;
- copper (II) sulfate 5-aqueous - 2 mg, which corresponds to the copper content - 5 mg;
- riboflavin (vitamin B 2) - 2 mg;
- thiamine chloride (vitamin B 1) - 2 mg;
- folic acid - 0.05 mg.
Auxiliary components: basic magnesium carbonate, polyvinylpyrrolidone, talc, starch, beeswax, calcium stearate, methylcellulose, titanium dioxide, flour, citric acid, vaseline oil, aerosil, sugar.
Indications for use
Glutamevit is a therapeutic and prophylactic agent used in the following cases:
- increased physical activity;
- recovery period after increased physical activity;
- exposure to extreme environmental factors (to speed up adaptation processes).
Contraindications
- childhood;
- period of pregnancy and lactation;
- hypersensitivity to individual components of the vitamin complex.
Method of administration and dosage
Glutamevit should be taken orally 2 times a day - morning and afternoon, 15-30 minutes after a meal.
A single dose for adults, depending on the circumstances, is 1-3 tablets, the daily dose, respectively, is 2-6 tablets.
Duration of admission is 2-4 weeks. The courses, if necessary, can be repeated at intervals of 1 to 3 months.
Side effects
Glutamevit can cause allergic reactions (in the form of itching and skin rashes), which disappear on their own after discontinuation of the drug.
Also, some patients may experience dyspeptic disorders.

Drug interactions
Ascorbic acid, which is part of Glutamevit, enhances the absorption of iron preparations and drugs from the penicillin group.
