Pharmacological properties
Pharmacodynamics
Influnet is a combined drug with analgesic, antipyretic, decongestant and angioprotective effects.
Component properties:
- paracetamol: has antipyretic, analgesic properties;
- succinic acid: helps to enhance biochemical / physiological recovery processes; has hepatoprotective, antioxidant and immunomodulatory effects; normalizes the permeability of cell membranes, activates energy processes in mitochondria, is an intermediate of the Krebs cycle. When combined, it enhances their positive effects and reduces the manifestations of toxic effects;
- ascorbic acid (vitamin C): participates in tissue regeneration, oxidation-reduction processes, regulation of carbohydrate metabolism, synthesis of steroid hormones; reduces capillary permeability, regulates blood clotting processes, activates immune responses, enhances liver detoxification function. In case of colds, it compensates for the deficiency of vitamin C;
- phenylephrine: restores free breathing, reduces hyperemia / edema of the nasal mucosa, stimulates postsynaptic α-adrenergic receptors, lowers the pressure in the middle ear of the paranasal and sinuses;
- Rutoside: helps to reduce capillary permeability; strengthens the vascular wall, relieves inflammation and swelling, increases the degree of deformation of erythrocytes and inhibits aggregation.
Pharmacokinetics

- barbiturates, ethanol, phenytoin, rifampicin, tricyclic antidepressants phenylbutazone and other stimulants of microsomal oxidation in the liver: an increase in the production of hydroxylated active metabolites of paracetamol, which, with small overdoses, causes the risk of severe intoxication;
- glucocorticosteroids: an increase in the likelihood of glaucoma;
- phenothiazine derivatives, antidepressants, antipsychotic and antiparkinsonian drugs: an increase in the likelihood of dry mouth, urinary retention, constipation;
- tricyclic antidepressants: increased sympathomimetic effect of phenylephrine;
