Beloderm is a glucocorticosteroid external preparation used to treat various types of dermatitis.

The active ingredient Beloderma has a vasoconstrictor, anti-inflammatory, anti-exudative, antipruritic, anti-allergic and anti-proliferative effect. The drug has a strong and rapid effect on the inflicted inflammatory focus, reducing swelling, erythema, pain and irritation.
Release form
Beloderm is produced in the form of 0.05% white cream and ointment for external use, containing 500 μg of betamethasone in 1 g, in tubes of 15 and 30 g. The closest analogs of Beloderm in composition and therapeutic effect are external medicines Akriderm, Celestoderm-V and Celeston.
Indications for use of Beloderm
Beloderm is indicated for use when:
- Allergic contact dermatitis;
- Psoriasis;

- Non-allergic dermatitis, including radiation and solar dermatitis;
- Red lichen planus;
- Exudative erythema multiforme;
- Itching of various etiologies;
- Neurodermatitis;

- Atopic dermatitis;
- Bullous dermatoses.
Contraindications
According to the instructions, Beloderm is contraindicated for use with:
- Chickenpox;
- Viral, bacterial and fungal skin infections;
- Open wounds;
- Cutaneous manifestations of syphilis;
- Trophic ulcers;
- Rosacea;
- Postvaccinal skin reactions;
- Eel vulgaris;
- Tumors of the skin and subcutaneous structures;
- Skin tuberculosis;
- Hypersensitivity to betamethasone or to other components of Beloderm.
The use of Beloderm ointment and cream in pregnant women is possible only for strict indications on small areas of the skin. During treatment with the drug during lactation, it is recommended to interrupt breastfeeding. The drug is allowed to be used with caution in childhood from 6 months. To avoid side effects, children are not recommended to use Beloderm under bandages and plasticized diapers.
The drug, like the analogs of Beloderm, cannot be applied to the eye area, but it is recommended to use it on the face skin for the shortest possible time. With the development of a bacterial and fungal infection on the skin, Beloderm should be used simultaneously with antibacterial or antifungal agents.
Method of application Beloderm
